Delete your Airwave account
You can delete your Airwave account and its data at any time, in any of these ways:
- In the app: open Account, choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
- On the website: sign in, open your account's Overview and choose Delete my account.
- By email: write to registration@airwavetv.live from the address of your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account (email address and password), your devices, the playlists you added with their settings, your playlist assignments and your Google Play purchase records. Favourites, recently watched and other data kept only on your devices are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
